APPLICATION

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)

UAV surveillance presents an easier, faster, and cheaper method of data collection, along with several other key advantages. UAVs can enter narrow and confined spaces, produce minimal noise, and be equipped with day/night, thermal, or hyperspectral cameras and other systems, allowing them to provide imagery beyond human vision.

Compared to manned aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are preferred for missions that are too “dull, dirty, or dangerous” for humans. Originally developed for military applications, their use is now expanding into commercial, scientific, recreational, agricultural, and other fields, including policing, surveillance, industrial inspection, and gas leak detection.
